1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1. Welcome: These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the use of wall printing services provided by Print Ur Wall, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and based in Abu Dhabi.

1.2. Acceptance: By requesting a quotation, paying a deposit, or proceeding with any service offered by Print Ur Wall, the Client irrevocably accepts and agrees to abide by all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.

1.3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE.

2. Scope and Service Execution

2.1. Services: Print Ur Wall specializes in providing high-quality wall printing services for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, utilizing advanced technology and eco-friendly materials.

2.2. Technical Limitations: Due to the nature of our vertical printing technology, the Client accepts that printing is not possible within the following safety margins: * Ceiling and Floor: 25 to 35 cm clearance. * Lateral Obstacles (Left/Right): 10 to 15 cm clearance from corners, frames, skirting boards, or any other object protruding from the surface.

3. Payment Conditions

3.1. Confirmation Deposit: An initial deposit of 50% of the total project value is required to confirm the order, secure the installation date, and initiate logistical planning.

3.2. Nature of Deposit: This 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers initial costs for resource reservation, materials procurement, and planning.

3.3. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due and must be settled immediately upon the successful completion of the wall print at the Client's site.

3.4. Custom Designs: If the project requires bespoke design services (Section 4), a specific initial design deposit, which will be communicated beforehand, is also non-refundable.

3.5. Late Payment Charges: Payments must be made via the methods specified in our invoice. Print Ur Wall reserves the right to apply additional charges for payments made outside the stipulated deadline.

4. Intellectual Property and Design

4.1. Client Copyrights: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that any image or design supplied for printing complies with copyright laws and that all necessary licenses or permissions for commercial use have been obtained. Print Ur Wall assumes no liability for the Client's infringement of intellectual property laws.

4.2. Print Ur Wall Designs: All designs, sketches, or concepts created by Print Ur Wall or its associated designers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Print Ur Wall, unless the transfer of rights is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4.3. Design Revisions: The number of design revisions is strictly limited to that agreed upon in the project proposal. Additional revision requests will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Specifications and Access: The Client must provide accurate specifications (wall dimensions, preferred designs) and ensure adequate and safe access to the site before the installation date.

5.2. Information Impact: Any delay or error in project execution directly caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client will not constitute a breach of agreement by Print Ur Wall.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. No Cancellation Policy: Given the highly customized nature of our services, once a project has commenced (including material purchasing or machine time allocation), cancellations are not permitted. Payments made are non-refundable.

6.2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If the Client cancels the project before services have commenced, the initial 50% deposit (Section 3.1) or any design deposit (Section 3.4) will not be refunded.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Service Warranty: Print Ur Wall provides an eight (8) year warranty on all wall prints against defects arising from our materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.

7.2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, including, but not limited to: improper handling, cleaning with abrasive chemicals, extreme environmental conditions, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

7.3. Limitation of Liability: Print Ur Wall's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project. In no event shall Print Ur Wall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Contact and Final Provisions

8.1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall primarily be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

8.2. Amendments: Print Ur Wall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before the commencement of new projects.
